Foster

Temporarily welcome an animal into your home and heart! FAMD will provide all the supplies needed, you provide the space and time. Our foster volunteers help with socializing young kittens & puppies, treating sick & injured animals, and giving animals a break from their time in the shelter. The length of time an animal needs in a foster home can vary from a few days to a few months. Work with our foster coordinator to get matched with the right foster animal for you!

Commitment: Foster volunteers are asked to sign a yearly foster agreement.
