Meet Kona, our beautiful 3-year-old shepherd mix with a big heart and lots of love to give. She is incredibly loyal to her family, enjoys relaxing at home, and loves spending time with the people she knows and trusts. She is house-trained, enjoys playing outside, and would thrive with someone who can continue to build her confidence.

She is looking for a home with an experienced dog owner who understands that she needs slow introductions to new people. Because she can be protective and is anxious around strangers, she would do best in a calm home without young children or frequent visitors. We believe she would be happiest as the only dog or in a home that can carefully evaluate compatibility with other pets.
