My baby girl Nyx (Nyxie) has to find a new home. I have chronic illnesses that does not allow me to care for her the way she deserves.

She is a high needs dog. She is a 10 year old Whippet mix. She’s has had a skin condition all her life and needs weekly baths – if not more than once a week (Rx Shampoo and Spray – that we just found on amazon!) Allergy medication, Supplements. She seems to be less miserable in the winter. but we’ve never gotten her itchiness gone, just maintained.

She is the sweetest. She LOVES cats. but has not lived with other dogs. She’s used to being handled with all bathing and spray and clothing she has to wear to keep her scratching from making her bleed.

I’m not interested in a rehoming fee. If anyone is interested, I’d rather them prove they can care for her the way she needs and deserves. She’s my baby, She also has a minor heart murmur since she was a puppy. Its never gotten worse and none of her vets have ever worried about this. One couldn’t even hear it.

She LOVES the snow. But shes such a princess she hates the rain ❤ she hates her paws getting wet. She smiles like a toothy grin smiles when she sees people!
