On October 10, 2020 FAMD will be hosting the first Paws and Pajamas Celebrity Fundraising Event. Featuring 8 local celebrities, the event will raise funds to care for the animals at the shelter.

Local celebrities will be dressed in their finest pajamas and spend the evening at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center with a dog or cat, to showcase and raise funds for homeless animals in our community. Each celebrity will be working toward a goal of raising $5,000 through their networks and social media.

Celebrities will be matched with an animal who is available for adoption, and spend the evening with their furry friend however they choose – they can read or sing to their animal, play guitar, take them for a walk, play, snuggle, or just enjoy their time together.

Join the event virtually at 6 pm, where there will be live check-ins with the celebrities and their animals, and other fun activities.
